Everyone Thought You Were A ______

Check out the poll results. It looks like we'll never have to tell the baby that everyone thought they were the opposite sex.

36 votes total:
18 for boy.
18 for girl.

It's a good thing we have so much green!

It makes me wonder what made people vote the way they did. Was it just a feeling you had? Did you have some sort of formula (about how I was carrying, etc.)? Did you vote for what you wanted?

I'm curious. Leave me a comment and let me know.

I looked at the 12w ultrasound and took a wild guess. :)

Plus, you and a little girl...too cute.

I voted for a girl because I had a hunch...but these days my hunch is leaning more towards boy...so who knows, but I'm so excited to find out!

Kellie and I are the last stronghold of female offspring in the Walsh clan. We've been cheering girl for about 34 years. Since James was a bun in the oven. I finally gave up and went with the boy theme. Mom was big early and big to the end, plus my imagination got the best of me and seems like there's a lot of limbs in those ultrasound photos. Maybe one too many... Here's to happy, healthy and cue to boot.

My family has always tended to have the boy first and then the girl. The baby has been very low. Now the baby is late. All those make me believe the baby to be a boy. Marian

I, unfortunately, did not get to vote before the polls closed. But as I've said before, I'm predicting a boy and hoping for a girl (not that I won't be very fond of your boy). I'm predicting a boy because when I look at your belly, that's what I see. There are greater powers at work here than I can explain.

I wanted to go with the Girl vote since you had a dream that it was a girl but I have had a strong feeling that it is a boy from the beginning and had to go with it. Or like Jody said, maybe I have just been conditioned to think boy because the baby's have been boys for so long, James, Joe, Pat, Josh, Joe....I guess Elizabeth snuck in along with Pat. It hasn't been just a girl in our family since Jody. It would be nice to have another girl.

I don't know exactly why, but I can see you and Joe cuddling and cooing over a baby girl right now. It's just the picture I have in my head. Who knows why? Regardless, I'm excited to meet the new addition as soon as the new addition is ready to meet me :)
