100 Days Old: Baptism
Truman was Baptized at St. Columban's in Preston, MN July 20; he was 100 days old. We were blessed to have Fr. Francis Galles, whom we met while Joe was campaigning for Fillmore county attorney, baptize him. It was a beautiful ceremony in which the first song was the same as the first within our wedding two years ago.
I felt so blessed walking in with my husband and son while our family watched. Many people came to congratulate us afterward. It was a proud day.
We had lunch at the Branding Iron afterward. Thank you Father Galles for the beautiful ceremony.
The photos that follow were all taken by the lovely aunt Jody:
A little Joe for some comic relief:
I disappear from the photographs because took over camera work at the reception:
Joe stepped in to snap this one:

Yay! It was a beautiful day.
I am so sorry we couldn't make it. We did not get home until around 5am due to the traffic. Pat's dad said he saw the ceremony, and that you all looked great!
