100 Days Old: Baptism

Truman was Baptized at St. Columban's in Preston, MN July 20; he was 100 days old. We were blessed to have Fr. Francis Galles, whom we met while Joe was campaigning for Fillmore county attorney, baptize him. It was a beautiful ceremony in which the first song was the same as the first within our wedding two years ago.

I felt so blessed walking in with my husband and son while our family watched. Many people came to congratulate us afterward. It was a proud day.

We had lunch at the Branding Iron afterward. Thank you Father Galles for the beautiful ceremony.

Baptized in Christ

Truman was baptized today and Aunt Jody photographed the milestone. I'll make a full blog entry later, but when I saw this photo I had to post it. Thanks Jody!
